How do I track my package?

 

You can track your package using your order number and your email address by going to the *Track my order* section on our website.

 

What are the shipping times for your products?

We do our best to dispatch your order within 24 hours, sometimes it can take up to 72 hours. Your order will then be entrusted to the carrier, and you will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. (Depending on periods, promotions, and transport service)

 

Is delivery free?

It depends on several factors (Promo, periods, etc.). If the delivery is free, we will display it on our site.

 

Do you deliver all over the world?

Currently, we mainly ship to the U.S.A. Please check when placing your order the list of countries available for delivery.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our premises are located in the U.S.A. Our international warehouse is located in China. However, following our recent development, we plan to launch our next collections from a warehouse in the U.S.A., which will allow us to make domestic deliveries in less than 7 days.

 

I haven't received all the items in my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly follow shortly thereafter

 

I received a damaged item. What can I do ?

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us a message via the site's contact form, email or chat and we'll send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

All orders placed will be shipped from a designated warehouse within 1-3 business days maximum. During sale periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.

I have not yet received my order:

 

If you place an order and we haven't received it within the specified time, contact us and we'll help you figure out what's going on. However, it is useless to come and ask us for your package 4 days after your purchase. As we said, we have a delay of 1 to 3 days to prepare and ship your order and between 5 to 10 working days for the reception.

Customs fees:

Customers are responsible for customs fees, if any. We do our best to save you additional customs fees by splitting large orders into multiple shipments. Customs charges are random and we cannot guarantee you will receive any or not. Refusal to pay customs fees is not a valid reason for a refund.

For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or out-of-stock item, we will ship all items we have available immediately and ship the pre-ordered or out-of-stock items as soon as they become available. So if you ordered multiple items on one order and you only receive part of your item, don't worry, you will receive your other items soon after.

 

Tracking your order :

You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS, if you have provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your tracking number, please use our order search form by clicking on the “Track My Order” menu.
